SLOAN IS YOUR GUIDE TO SORORITY RECRUITMENT.

In 2013, Sloan went through recruitment at the University of Georgia. While she recruited for her sorority, she saw potential new members get stuck in the Average Conversation Cycle and not stand out.

Since then, she has developed Ready for Recruitment. This program gives potential new members a plan full of strategies. The strategies that allow potential new members:

  • to have members and the recruitment team recognize their name

  • walk into sorority recruitment empowered

  • have unique conversations that leave the members wanting to continue to talk to them

  • know how to play the game of sorority recruitment -- understand what to say to show interest and have the members excited to see them
