Many sororities have to make large cuts from Round 1 to Round 2. The most competitive sororities are typically cutting over 60% of ALL potential new members. To get a great score for Round 1, you have to get your name out there and have the members excited to meet you. With this strategy, you will walk into sorority recruitment ahead of the average potential new members. You will: 

• Campaign for yourself and have members rooting for you before sorority recruitment starts

• Have an Instagram account that has the members excited to meet you

• Know what your dream sorority looks like. During sorority recruitment, you know you are making the right decisions.

• Find women to write your recommendation letters through a 3 step process. Sloan gives you the contact information and scripts to use.

• Create a social resume, cover letters, and packets in 3 hours or less through proven templates. Your social resume templet has all of the information the women need to know about you to write your recommendation letters [We have gone through almost every sorority’s recommendation letter]. Your cover letter makes getting recommendation letters easy and painless.

Sorority recruitment is a game. Some potential new members are dropped from sororities they love and cannot regain their confidence. Most potential new members are asked the same 10 questions. When this happens, it’s hard to stand out. If you are not standing out, you are not going to get invited back. With this strategy, you will:

• Go from sharing facts to sharing stories through the small talk formula

• Have unique conversations that have you standing out from the other potential new members

• Position yourself as a friend rather than another potential new member

• Ask questions that spark REAL conversations

• Be the potential new member that the members are talking about — Don’t you want them to say, “OMG! I want her. She would be the perfect Little!”

Sorority recruitment is a game. To get a bid to a sorority you love, you want to learn how to play it. With this strategy, you will:

• Know what phrases to say during each round (That way, the members know you are interested in joining the sorority)

• Walk into recruitment loving what you are wearing and showing off your personal style

• Be confident in your decisions AND control your experience

• Know what the members are looking for

This program is different than other programs. You have 1 year of support. 

With some programs, the support stops when you get a bid. What if you have questions about the sorority? What if you need help making friends? What if you need someone to talk to?
